How do I know if you received my order and when will the payment be debited ?

You can order Horse Pilot products online via our e-shop. You can order as a guest without creating your own customer account. Whichever option you choose, we'll guide you step-by-step through the ordering process.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, so that you wait as little as possible. We operate on a working day basis, which means that an order placed on a Friday evening will not be dispatched until Monday.

Do not hesitate to contact our customer service as soon as you realize your mistake so that we can correct it before your order is shipped! Once the order has been shipped, you will be asked to return it and renew your order correcting your error.
