What are my options if the horse pilot products I've ordered don't fit?Updated 7 days ago

You have the option of exchanging your products for a different size or colour if your order is unsuitable, within 30 days of receiving your order or dropping it off at a relay point. After this period, items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchanges are only possible while stocks last, excluding sales and promotions, and on condition that the exchange is made with a product of the same value.

The exchange and/or refund must be made in one go.
