As a premium brand, our priority is to ensure the highest quality products. If your product is defective, please send us an email via the contact form, indicating the order number, the name of the product, and a photo of the defect.
After submitting your request, we will respond within 24 hours on business days and you will receive a response by email. If we accept the claim, we will send you the new product and you can send us the defective product using the prepaid return label included in your package.
If you purchased your Horse Pilot products from one of our retailers, please contact them and process the claim with them.
