Choose your usual size. If you're on a half-size, choose the next size up.
Only the shoe size should be taken into account, no other variables such as the height of the shaft, the width of the calf or the ankle. The boot adapts to your morphology thanks to the 3D Knit technology.
3D Knit does not loosen up over time. This characteristic allows the Teknit Boot to adapt to weight variations, while keeping its custom look intact.
The Teknit Boot has a heel of 1.5 cm. According to the official FEI Jumping (page 35) rules, the Teknit Boot is allowed in international competitions.
It depends on the use and care. We can say that the life span of the Teknit boot is the same as a pair of 'classic' boots. The inner part of the calf is very resistant to abrasion. It offers a better resistance than leather to the friction of the leg
The material is not abrasive or harmful to the leather of the saddle or stirrup leathers.
The foot is waterproof and the other areas of the boot are water-repellent. You can ride in the rain and take your horse to the shower without any problem. The boots are not made to walk in 50 cm of water.
The ankle is more flexible than in a classic boot. This may be surprising at first, but the result is a real gain in terms of comfort and performance. The freedom of movement that the Teknit Boot offers at the ankle allows the get a stable lower leg.
The foot area is reinforced to protect toes and metatarsals. Please note, however, that these are not safety shoes with an iron shell.
